Executive Assistant, Deb Sperco

Deborah Sperco joined SMRU as Executive Secretary in April 2015.  Mrs. Sperco has more than 20 years of experience supporting C-Level executives from diverse environments including finance, healthcare, and non-profit medical research.  Her duties include managing a multitude of front office secretarial responsibilities, research planning and implementation of special projects, event coordination, copy writing for South Martin Regional Utility’s customer newsletter Waterlines, and administration of SMRU Backflow Prevention and Cross Connection Control program. 

 

 

 

Customer Service Manager, Linda Race

Linda Race started in Customer Service at Hydratech Utilities in March, 1998 and then joined South Martin Regional Utility in September, 1998. Through the years she moved up to Customer Service Supervisor and on to Assistant Customer Service Manager. She became the Customer Service Manager on May 11, 2018. Her duties include managing SMRU's customer service division, the customer service representatives and the meter readers. She and her staff are responsible for answering customer inquiries, fulfilling service requests, entering monthly meter readings, reporting, billing and collection functions as well as providing an excellent service experience for our Hobe Sound mainland and Jupiter Island customers.
