Deborah Sperco joined SMRU as Executive Secretary in April 2015. Mrs. Sperco has more than 20 years of experience supporting C-Level executives from diverse environments including finance, healthcare, and non-profit medical research. Her duties include managing a multitude of front office secretarial responsibilities, research planning and implementation of special projects, event coordination, copy writing for South Martin Regional Utility's customer newsletter Waterlines, and administration of SMRU Backflow Prevention and Cross Connection Control program.
